Turn your Baby – Audio Download

The “Turn your Baby” audio download track is aimed at for any woman whose baby is in any position that is not head down – i.e. breech or transverse. It is a gentle relaxation track which helps a mother-to-be relax and release the pelvic muscles, so giving the baby a little more room, which in turn may encourage the baby to turn if it is safe and right for the baby.

The track is about 30 minutes long and has specific suggestions including:-

• Techniques to relax the pelvic muscles (sometimes if the hammock-like muscles are slightly lopsided or taught it can make it more difficult for baby to ” get into”)
• Positive messages, images and metaphors to help encourage the baby to turn head down
• An exercise to let go of any fears or concerns
• Suggestions for physical positions that can help free the baby to move more
• Increased bonding with your baby
• Trust in you baby and your body, no matter which position your baby chooses
• Acceptance that your baby is in the position that is the safest and best for them
