How to buy
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items to the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for invoice and delivery details that we need to complete the order then pay! You will be automatically sent any downloads straight away and any postal items will be dispatched quickly, usually with 24-48 hours. Please read more about our Shipping and Delivery information. We don’t directly get or hold your payment information, only the banks and you see, and have that. Your payment details are encrypted to PCI Standards.
Debit or credit cards
Make your payment online at the time you place your order via our secure online payment services provider Stripe, Opayo, or PayPal. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. Please Contact Us if you have any queries. We can take payment for orders by bank transfer. Goods are shipped on cleared payment. We can send you the details.

Upon order completion you will get an on screen confirmation. You may also receive a communication or payment confirmation from your bank or the Payment Services Provider (PayPal, Opayo etc)
You will also be sent When you receive an “Order received email”, this is to indicate that we have received your order, but we reserve the right to cancel the order in the unlikely event we can’t fulfil it for any reason.

Shipping of Physical Products
All physical products are sent out using a service of our choosing e.g. Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, using the standard of service you specify e.g. first or second class or by courier. If we offer “free” shipping, we reserve the right to select the most economic service. Please Customer Services if you require special or alternative shipping arrangements
All orders are packed in opaque Jiffy bags or courier bags and the contents cannot be seen or identified. In addition there is no branding visible on the packaging.
Shipping prices are displayed during checkout as they depend on what you order and where you want delivery to.

You accept that by the nature of downloads, we cannot offer refunds. If you have any difficulties, we will work with you to help you get your download on to your chosen device. Downloads are considered a service, that is ‘provided in full’ once the item has been sent, and that therefore concludes the provision of the service.
You accept that our service to you is solely at our discretion. We will use our best endeavours to support you and if you request for us to resend the downloads ordered, we will do so upon proof of purchase, to the email address on the order, for up to a year from the date of the original order. We will happily resend you tracks up to 3 times.. Beyond a year, should you need more time then you may need to repurchase them or pay our admin fee for the resending them. The files are then in your possession and you are licenced to use them for your own personal use. You are prohibited from copying or sharing files (we are a small family business).

Cancellation of electronically provided services
You accept that by the nature of downloads and online course we cannot offer refunds. If you have any difficulties, we will work with you to help you get your download/course on to your chosen device. Downloads and courses are considered a service, that is ‘provided in full’ once the item has been sent, and that therefore concludes the provision of the service.
Cancellation of Physical Goods
Any physical items you wish to return, will be accepted for return and refund or exchange if they are returned in “as new” condition. This is up to 30 days from date of purchase. After that returns will not be accepted unless the product is defective.
Clearance items may be on or near end of shelf life. You accept this upon purchasing items marked “Reduced to Clear” and Returns for these items are only possible if the product is faulty.
You rights to return goods are protected under the UK/EU distance selling regulations.
Cancellation of face to face classes, training or courses
Natal Hypnotherapy training sessions, e.g. workshops, courses, classes, study days, e-materials etc are provided as a service. Provision of the service is considered to have started when we send you course and venue information and forms and pre course questionnaires.
If you book on a course and subsequently wish to cancel, refunds will only be given on the following basis and the following charges will be applicable. This table shows the number of calendar days notice given and the % refund applicable.

The following table shows the number of days notice required prior to a schedule course start day, for your cancellation to be accept and what refund will be applicable.
In the event of exceptional circumstances, which include death or birth of baby 50% of the course fee paid may be refunded. Evidence of these circumstances may be asked for and any refund is at our sole discretion.
Transfer to another scheduled course
If a course participant wishes to transfer to an alternative course a charge of £15 will be made. If an alternative date cannot be found then the cancellation policy will apply.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
The Terms and Conditions of sale apply to all orders and you accept the Laws of England and Wales apply to all orders you may make.
